Extend your stay in Poland by visiting Kraków, the country’s former royal capital and one of Europe’s most treasured historic cities.
Day 1
Departure from Wrocław in the morning.
Guided sightseeing includes Wawel Royal Castle, Wawel Cathedral, Main Market Square, St. Mary’s Basilica, Cloth Hall (Sukiennice), and Historic Old Town (UNESCO).
After sightseeing, participants may enjoy leisure time in Kraków’s vibrant Old Town before overnight accommodation in a centrally located hotel.
Day 2
After breakfast, visit the famous Wieliczka Salt Mine, another UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore spectacular underground chambers, salt sculptures, chapels, and lakes created by centuries of mining.
Return to Wrocław in the evening.

Mysteries of Lower Silesia: Książ Castle & Project Riese
Lower Silesia is renowned for its magnificent castles, dramatic landscapes, and one of the greatest mysteries of World War II.
The tour begins with a visit to Książ Castle, the third-largest castle in Poland, beautifully situated above the Pełcznica River Valley. Participants will explore the richly decorated state rooms, panoramic terraces, and gardens while learning about the castle’s remarkable history—from medieval Piast princes to the influential Hochberg family.
After lunch, the journey continues into the Owl Mountains to visit one of the underground complexes of Project Riese, an enormous system of tunnels excavated by Nazi Germany during World War II. Although the true purpose of these underground structures remains uncertain, they are among the most fascinating historical sites in Central Europe. A guided tour through the tunnels offers insight into wartime engineering, forced labor, and the many legends surrounding the project.
