Abstract submission for oral papers, posters and symposia opens October 15, 2026.
Submission guidelines
How to submit an abstract
Use your own password and the username to create your personal conference account. Follow the instructions in the submission system. Maximum length of the abstract: 250 words. In case you wish to propose a symposium, please email the proposal to office@icep2027.com. Please include:
- title, abstract, and convenor(s) of the symposium (name, surname, affiliation, and email address);
- title, abstract, list of authors (names, surnames, affiliations, and email addresses), and presenting author of each symposium paper.
Each author also needs to submit their individual abstract independently and note that it is part of the symposium. Each presenting author also needs to register independently for the conference.
