How to submit an abstract

Use the password and the username to create your personal conference account. Then follow the system to submit your abstract. Maximum length of the abstract: 250 words.
In case you wish to propose a symposium, please email the proposal to office@icep2027.com. Please include:

  • title, abstract, and convenor(s) of the symposium (name, surname, affiliation, and email address);
  • title, abstract, list of authors (names, surnames, affiliations, and email addresses), and presenting author of each symposium paper.

Each author also needs to submit their individual abstract independently and note that it is part of the symposium. Each presenting author also needs to register independently for the conference.

How to create an invoice

  1. Log in to your personal  conference account using your previously created password and the username.
  2. Finish your registration by choosing a fee option, tours, dietary & other recruitments.
  3. A preliminary payment document will be sent automatically to your email given during a financial registration, along with a summary of the selected options.
  4. After payment, an invoice will be issued and sent to your conference account “payments & invoices” in PDF format after receiving a payment. If you need further assistance or information about registration procedures, payments, and invoices, contact office@coti-conference.com
  5. Please do not pay before financial registration; otherwise, we are unable to match your payment with the registration data. An invoice will be issued for every fee paid and mailed to your email address automatically. 
  6. When you pay by wire transfer, add as a title: your full name + ICEP27. It will not be possible to pay by bank transfer after May 20, 2027. Notice: All bank costs have to be paid by the sender. Please consider using OUR option; it means that you will pay all bank transfer costs. If your bank charges you for a transfer, you will be asked to pay the missing amount.

Each registered author can present a maximum of one abstract. There is no limit on how many times a person is listed as a co-author on submitted abstracts.
